Join Dr. Kenael Segal for an hour of sound healing with crystal bowls. You will be gently guided into a brainstate where relaxation and healing naturally occur. Come for the vibe, for the nap, or to meet new friends.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, tea, sleep mask and journal. All other props will be provided.
