let go of the norm and step into the unexpected to reach your greatest potential

chronic pelvic pain is more than physical. It attacks your confidence, self-esteem and self worth.

And you don’t have to suffer in silence anymore.

is this you?

You think about your pain or condition so much so that everything you do revolves around it.

Long distance travel? That’s not happening because sitting doesn’t feel good. Or doubling over in pain in public is not your idea of a relaxing time.

You spend a lot of time alone because going out is just too much to handle right now and it’s just easier to ignore or blow off family and friends. Explaining takes energy you don’t have. So who do you spend time with? You see doctors, massage therapists, physical therapists, mental health therapists, pain management specialists, acupuncturists or chiropractors more than you see friends or family.

If you have a partner, they may or may not be understanding of your condition. Either way, you feel guilt and shame for not being as intimate as you would like.

Because you live in survival mode, you don’t reach your full potential at work, in business, or at home. You know you have more to offer and you know you can do better but the energy, motivation, or time isn’t there. Brain fog, distraction, and fatigue have become part of who you are.

you can do better

You have a choice to live with this debilitating, low energy, time and life sucking pain and fatigue. Or you can choose your highest potential.

This is a 12 week, transformational program where you will learn not only how to heal from your condition, but begin the journey the becoming your greatest self. By changing your thoughts, your habits and your behavior, you will change who you are. You will gain a deep understanding of your mind, body and spirit.

the framework

  • The last stage of grief is acceptance. Emotional healing cannot take place without acceptance of the situation. Pain and dysfunction is no different. Once you accept the situation, you're ready to do the work

  • Your healing will depend on how much you trust the process. Even if you're skeptical about healing yourself with your thoughts and intentions, your full participation will only help the process. Accept and surrender to the healing.

  • Even the world's fastest man needs a support team. You're doing great work too. Your stage isn't quite as large, but still important. Your team should be caring and supportive of your healing.

  • Knowing the root cause of your pain and dysfunction can help you heal. This stage can get sticky so it's essential you have a support team to help you manage any emotions that come up.

  • Listening to and finding out what your body needs is essential to healing, even if that means building support team.
